IMPARTIALITY POLICY

The structure of Alberk QA Technic Certification LLC has been created in a way that will provide confidence in the certifications it has made, equally and impartially to all organizations that apply to it within the framework of the principles of ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17020 and other relevant guides, and the importance of impartiality has been conveyed within the organization. QA Technic analyzes, defines and documents the possibilities of conflicts of interest arising from the services it offers with conflict of interest tables and risks with risk analysis. It defines measures against risks that will jeopardize impartiality that may arise during conflict of interest tables or risk analyses. QA Technic's structure has been designed to ensure impartiality in the certification and auditing process.

All personnel are guaranteed to work free from commercial, financial or other pressures with confidentiality agreements and impartiality commitments. It is guaranteed with contracts that full-time personnel will not provide consultancy services in management systems and will not participate in certification activities of the company they previously provided consultancy services or had commercial activities with for a period of 2 years. The salaries of all QA Technic employees are not dependent on the sales they make, the number of audits and the results.

QA Technic ensures confidentiality and security regarding all the work it does with the contracts it has made with its employees. QA Technic has declared its independence and impartiality on its internet web page and has also published its quality policy. QA Technic works independently of the training service provided to individuals while providing services in terms of training open to general participation.

QA Technic has guaranteed in its risk analysis that there is no risk that may cause a conflict of interest during the trainings provided or that you have kept the existing risks under control. It declares with a declaration of impartiality that there is no risk arising from the trainings.
